Job Title: Shop Foreman Assistant

Job Description:

• Assist Shop Foreman with Daily responsibilities
• Work in different areas of the shop as needed
• Assist Foremen in training, and answering questions
• Oversee Employees to insure Safety protocols are followed
• Keep up with inventory and ordering when needed
• Acting as Lead when the Foreman is off premise
• Distributing new job information to department

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Knowledge of materials and process
• Attention to detail
• Experience with power tools
• Experience on Table Saw
• Bi-lingual
• Good driver license
• Cabinetry Skills
• Read cabinet drawings
• Read blue prints
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Read tape measure 1/32.
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Work well with others
• Time management
