New Home Sales Assistant

Exciting opportunity to work along side the Community Sales Managers in a busy model home Fun work environment with opportunities for growth
Assist the sales managers with clients
Manage the sales office administrative responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Open and close model home
Meet, greet and register new clients
Be able to show homes and work with clients
Manage and distribute information within the sales office
Daily tasks will include office supplies, hand-outs, brochures, emails, phone calls, paperwork, maintain client files and process deposits.
Experience Requirements:
Administrative experience preferred
Sales experience a plus
Key Competencies:
Dependable and reliable
Personable and customer service oriented
Knowledge of computers including Microsoft
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task in high performance atmosphere
Physical Demands:
Desk/Model home environment
Assist with showing clients through homes under construction
Help with placing community lot signs
Pick up and store office supplies
Schedule:
5 Days a week
Mon 10-6
Tuesday 10-6
Friday 10-6
Saturday 10-6
Sunday 12-6
$13.00 per hour + bonuses.
