New Home Sales Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Open and Closing of Model Home
- Meet, greet and register all clients who visit Model
- Demonstrate model to all clients
- Contact Sales Manager if any concerns arise during Sales Manager’s absence
- Take and record lot deposits
- Work Schedule: 10- 6pm - Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Saturday& Sunday as required
- Schedule appointments for Sales Manager
Experience Requirements:
- Minimal experience required if you have a hard work ethic and are willing to push yourself in this fast paced industry
Key Competencies:
- Must be personable and able to provide information relating to the model home and provide any other questions customers may have
- Dependability and Reliability
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task in a high performance atmosphere
- Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
Physical Demands:
- Desk/Model Home work environment
Schedule:
- Work 5 days, may include weekends
