GFWBA Friends, 

This past month has been surprisingly normal. Leadership, committees, and staff have made the transition seamless. The Board of Directors meeting happened without too many mistakes on my end. Help flows in regularly which is greatly appreciated. At the October 25 Board of Directors meeting it was great to see new Committee Chairs stand up and present. This is something the previous chairs should be proud of. It was obvious they have observed and learned for a natural move into the role of Chairperson. Busines After Hours was hosted by Stewart Title in Fort Worth, and the turnout was incredible. The hospitality was first class. 

The YP Chili Cookoff at Verona Marble Company had great attendance with nine chili teams. Truly excellent chili at every station. The cooler temps and forecasted rain made a Chili Cookoff seem appropriate. Also, the costumes and kids made the atmosphere wonderful.

Do not forget November 8^th is quickly approaching. A voter’s guide has been sent out. Thank you to Government Affairs, Hammer and Nails, and staff for informing our membership.  The month of November will be one to look forward to with TAB Fall meetings. If you are able to attend and represent the Greater Fort Worth Builder’s Association please let Kimberly know ASAP. Thank you for your continued support!
