  Host company will provide food and beverages at their facility (located in Tarrant county to insure attendance). You may host the event at a location other than your facility if you arrange it and pay any fees associated. The GFWBA will notify members of the event and receive RSVPs. We will check guests in, provide nametags, etc. Host company can provide a jpeg flyer that will be placed on the event web page.
