Registration

  • You will receive the information for 1 or more children and shop for them with money donated for the project. Funds can be picked up at the GFWBA or you can submit receipts for reimbursement. You will wrap the gifts and deliver them to a drop off point or bring them to the event
  • Budget is $150. Please adhere to the budget. You will receive information about the child you are sponsoring including their wish list, sizes, etc. You will shop for that child, wrap the gifts, and either deliver to a drop off spot or bring them to the event.

The GFWBA Young Professionals Committee is coordinating our annual Santa Claus Project.  Each year the GFWBA members donate funds to provide some deserving children with a fun Christmas party, a visit with Santa and Christmas gifts.  All GFWBA members who make donations are invited to attend the party.  This year the GFWBA will be providing gifts for 40 children.  The budget for each child is $150.  


How can you help?


Make a monetary donation online. 


Volunteer to shop for some of the children by registering online.


Sponsor and shop for a child by registering online.


Volunteer shoppers will pick up funds at the GFWBA or submit receipts to the GFWBA to be reimbursed.  Shoppers and Sponsors:

  • You will receive the name of your child & a Christmas list (clothing/shoe sizes, favorite color/sports team, wish list for presents) – these will be distributed by the end of November.
  • You will shop for your child based on their list - ~$150 budget per child
  • You will drop-off the WRAPPED Christmas presents for your child at one of the drop-off locations by end of day Tuesday, December 11th.
    • Locations include the GWFBA Office, Pella Windows & Doors (Montgomery Plaza), and Ferrier Custom Homes office (5017 Byers Ave, FW).
    • If you cannot make it to one of these drop-off locations, we can arrange pick-up.
  • Show up on December 12th at 5p for the event to experience the joy and happiness that you have helped create!
