Association’s Largest Fundraiser Offers Farmhouse Feel and Energy-Efficient Extras
The Greater Fort Worth Builders Association (GFWBA) has completed construction on its Showcase Home, the association’s largest fundraiser, with proceeds from its sale to fund GFWBA operations, programs and events. The one-of-a-kind custom home was primarily built with products and services donated by more than 40 GFWBA members and offers an urban farmhouse design, family-friendly functionality, energy-efficient features and notable extras.
Located at 1305 Mount Gilead Road in Keller, the home was designed by M.J. Wright and Associates, Inc., built by Brian Avery of BR Avery Homes, LLC, and offers interior design by Kristi Hunt Designs, LLC. Listed at $989,000 by Wynne Moore Group, the two-story house has 5,223 square feet under roof with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a three-car garage, and is situated on three-quarters of an acre.
