Associate - $900.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Associate Membership is available to non-builders.
Membership dues are non-refundable and will not be prorated.

Associate PP23 - $83.00 (USD) Subscription period: Monthly Automatic renewal (recurring payments) By selecting this option, you agree to a minimum of 12 monthly payments of $83.00 each. Your membership in the GFWBA will auto-renew each year on your anniversary date and monthly payments will continue. If payments are stopped during a membership year, you will be billed for the balance left for that year. To cancel your membership, you must contact the GFWBA office 30 days prior to your anniversary date. If the installment payment is declined two times in a 12 month period, the GFWBA will balance bill for the remainder of that 12 month period. The member will not be eligible to enroll in the monthly payment plan until the following year. This policy will take effect January 1, 2020.

Builder - $1,050.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Builder Membership is available to builders, developers and remodelers.
Membership dues are non-refundable and will not be prorated.

Builder PP23 - $98.00 (USD) Subscription period: Monthly Automatic renewal (recurring payments) By selecting this option, you agree to a minimum of 12 monthly payments of $98.00 each. Your membership in the GFWBA will auto-renew each year on your anniversary date and monthly payments will continue. If payments are stopped during a membership year, you will be billed for the balance left for that year. If payments are stopped, you will not be eligible to enroll in the payment plan in the future. To cancel your membership, you must contact the GFWBA office 30 days prior to your anniversary date.
