May Business After Hours & PWB Wine/Whiskey Pull

Registration

• 1 Host – $200.00
• 2 RSVP
• 3. I will donate a bottle (or bottles) of wine with a verifiable retail price of $25 or more
  If you would like to donate more than 1 bottle of wine enter those bottles as number of guests. Each bottle of wine must retail for at least $25. You may bring your wine to the event OR you may drop it off at the GFWBA or deliver to one of the PWB members.

  If you would like to donate more than 1 bottle of whiskey enter those bottles as number of guests. Each bottle of whiskey must retail for at least $45. You may bring your whiskey to the event OR you may drop it off at the GFWBA or deliver to one of the PWB members.
• 5. I will donate money for the PWB Council to purchase wine or whiskey for the event – $25.00
  These funds will be used to purchase wine or whiskey for the event. PWB members will purchase the items and deliver to the event. To increase the amount of your donation, you can use the Guest button. To double your donation, enter 1 guest. To triple your donation, enter 2 guests, etc.
• 6. I will donate money for the PWB council members to purchase wine or whiskey for the event – $50.00
  These funds will be used to purchase wine or whiskey for the event. PWB members will purchase the items and deliver to the event. To increase the amount of your donation, you can use the Guest button. To double your donation, enter 1 guest. To triple your donation, enter 2 guests, etc.
