Job responsibilities include:
- o Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
- o Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- o Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
- o Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
- o Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community
- o Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members
- o Understanding the loan process
- o Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required
- Ideal candidates will possess:
- o 2 or more years of new-home sales experience is a plus
- o Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures
- o A proven background in prospecting
- o Energy & enthusiasm in their work
- o Proactively follow up with prospective customers
- o Commitment to act with Integrity
- o Proven closing, as well as negotiating skills
- o Follow through with commitments
- o Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
- o Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
