Job responsibilities include:

• o   Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
• o   Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• o   Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• o   Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• o   Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community
• o   Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members
• o   Understanding the loan process
• o   Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required
• Ideal candidates will possess:
• o   2 or more years of new-home sales experience is a plus
• o   Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures
• o   A proven background in prospecting
• o   Energy & enthusiasm in their work
• o   Proactively follow up with prospective customers
• o   Commitment to act with Integrity
• o   Proven closing, as well as negotiating skills
• o   Follow through with commitments
• o   Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
• o   Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
